

Catherine (“Cathy”) Chukwueke is the Owner and Principal Trial Attorney of the Law Office of Catherine Chukwueke, a litigation firm focusing on employment and personal injury matters. Ms. Chukwueke is passionate about helping people who have been mistreated in the workplace or who have sustained bodily injuries. As a former defense attorney, Ms. Chukwueke has a unique perspective on how to approach her cases.
Ms. Chukwueke has a wide range of experience and has tried cases to verdict representing both plaintiffs and defendants. As a plaintiffs' attorney, she represented individuals in employment cases and personal injury cases. As a defense attorney, she defended companies against plaintiffs' sophisticated claims involving long-term occupational injury, constitutional claims, and other liability claims.
Ms. Chukwueke is passionate about representing clients in employment and personal injury cases. She enjoys alleviating her client's concerns while guiding them through the litigation process. She understands how stressful litigation can be for her clients, and she does her best to ensure they are comfortable with the process as they work toward a resolution.
Ms. Chukwueke was born and raised in Orange County, California. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology, with a minor in African American studies, from the University of California, Irvine. She earned her Juris Doctorate and certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law.
