Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (FEHA-Compliant)
California law requires all employers with five or more employees to provide sexual harassment prevention training. We offer interactive, legally compliant training that satisfies the requirements under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA).
Who Must Be Trained:

Supervisory Employees: Two hours of training every two years, and within six months of hire or promotion.

Non-Supervisory Employees: One hour of training every two years, and within six months of hire.
